SHIPPING POLICY
All packages are dispatched from our workplace in Adelaide, Australia, using Australia Post's tracking service to the exact address you provided at checkout. Once your package is lodged and a tracking number is provided, the shipping agent assumes sole responsibility for your order. Australia Post and we may provide estimated delivery times, but these are predictions and not guaranteed.
Orders are typically shipped each business day when purchased before 12 pm AECT, or the next business day for orders placed after midday or on weekends. We make every reasonable effort to ensure your package arrives in good condition. We use sustainable, compostable liners and mailers for our packaging and include a paper card with every purchase.
DOMESTIC
— Purchases of 3 or more items are eligible for free standard shipping, and 5 or more items qualify for free express shipping. This discount can be applied at checkout.
— Local delivery is available within the Newcastle region, often delivered by one of our team members on the same or next business day.
— All packages shipped domestically are sent using the "leave somewhere safe" option.
INTERNATIONAL
— International shipping costs vary depending on location and are calculated at checkout.
— All items shipped internationally are sent with the "return to sender" option in the event your package is undeliverable for any reason. However, there is NO GUARANTEE that your package will actually and/or eventually be returned to us if undelivered. We recommend ensuring someone is at the delivery address to personally receive your package. If an undelivered package is returned to us, we will contact you. You can then choose to have your package re-shipped at your cost or receive a full refund.
