Refund policy

All items undergo a rigorous vetting and process to ensure that each product leaving our warehouse is in the best possible condition, as listed, and fit for purpose.

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the items purchased meet any of the following criteria: not as described or imaged, incorrect item, not fit for purpose or having a major fault not indicated in the listing and/or images. If we agree on these criteria, we will cover the return shipping costs and refund your purchase in full once the items are received back at our warehouse.

We do not accept refunds or returns for change of mind, improper fit, or items lost in transit.

All purchases are made with the understanding that they are second-hand, recycled, pre-loved, and/or dead stock, and therefore, not brand new.

While we make every effort to ensure the quality and cleanliness of our stock, some items may have blemishes, production faults, minor wear and tear, or missing embellishments. Where possible, any flaws are noted within the description and images. Notwithstanding this, all items are purchased as is, and we are not responsible for any potential wear and tear issues post-delivery.
